Welcome to Revolution Address. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

Revolution Address is a real estate listing platform designed to showcase properties in the Philippines. The "Platform" refers to the Revolution Address website accessible at [www.revolutionadddress.com]. "Advertiser" refers to licensed real estate agents, brokers, or property professionals who submit property listings, while "User" or "Visitor" refers to any person who accesses or browses the Platform.

Revolution Address does not own, sell, or lease any properties and is not a party to any transaction between Advertisers and potential buyers or lessees. All listings, including property details, images, pricing, and availability, are provided solely by Advertisers. Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of their submissions.

Advertisers submit property listings by completing the submission form available on the Platform. All submissions are subject to review and approval by Revolution Address, typically within one hour of submission during business hours. Advertisers cannot create accounts or edit listings directly on the Platform. All edit requests must be submitted via email.

Advertisers guarantee and warrant that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and lawful; that they possess the legal right and proper authorization to submit all materials provided, including property information, photographs, and descriptions; that they have obtained all necessary permissions from property owners or authorized representatives to list the property; and that they hold a valid license or authority to conduct real estate business within Philippine jurisdiction.

Revolution Address reserves the right to verify, edit, approve, reject, or remove any listing at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

During the first month of Platform operation, Advertisers may post listings free of charge. Each approved listing has a thirty-day active lifecycle from the date of approval. After thirty days, listings will be automatically archived unless renewed by the Advertiser.

To renew an archived listing or maintain an active listing beyond its thirty-day cycle, Advertisers must pay a renewal fee of Seventy-Nine Pesos (₱79.00) per listing. Revolution Address reserves the right to modify fees, introduce new fee structures, or offer promotional pricing at its sole discretion. Changes will be communicated through the Platform and will apply to new submissions and renewals after the effective date of the change. Payment instructions and accepted methods will be provided when applicable. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, including images, videos, descriptions, and text, does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. By submitting content to Revolution Address, Advertisers grant Revolution Address a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for the purposes of displaying listings on the Platform, marketing and promoting Revolution Address through social media channels including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram, sharing with search engines and other third-party services to increase listing visibility, and promoting featured listings and Platform services.

The Platform's design, logos, graphics, trade names, trademarks, and all other intellectual property are the exclusive property of Revolution Address. Users and Advertisers may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of these materials without express written permission. Revolution Address may, at its sole discretion, edit or remove any content deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms, good morals, or public customs. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights, ownership, or interests in the Platform to any Advertiser or User.

Revolution Address complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable Philippine data protection regulations. When submitting a listing, Revolution Address collects the following information from Advertisers: full name, mobile phone number, email address, and property listing information provided in the submission form. Revolution Address does not directly collect personal information from casual visitors or browsers of the Platform.

Revolution Address uses Google Analytics and cookies to analyze Platform traffic, improve user experience, and optimize services. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies. Personal information is collected and used for the following legitimate purposes: database management and listing organization, displaying contact information to prospective buyers or lessees, communicating with Advertisers regarding their listings, and Platform improvement and analytics.

By using the Platform, Advertisers expressly consent that their information may be shared with website visitors viewing property listings, search engines for indexing purposes, social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for promotional purposes, and third-party service providers necessary for Platform operation. Revolution Address takes reasonable measures to protect collected information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Revolution Address cannot guarantee absolute security. Personal information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms, or as required by applicable law.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Advertisers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations. Requests should be submitted to the contact information provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

Advertisers and Users agree not to submit false, misleading, inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful information; post content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights of any person or entity; use the Platform for illegal, unethical, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code; post content that is libelous, defamatory, or portrays any person in a false light; interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform; use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform without express written consent; or reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform materials without authorization.

Advertisers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary licenses, permits, and authority to conduct real estate business within Philippine jurisdiction and are not prohibited by any injunction, prohibition, or restraining order. Revolution Address may suspend, remove, or ban any Advertiser or User who violates these Terms. Violation of these Terms may also entitle Revolution Address to seek appropriate legal remedies.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Revolution Address does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that listings will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current; that defects will be corrected; or that the Platform is free from viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.

Revolution Address disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Revolution Address does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, marketability, or suitability of any property listings displayed on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Revolution Address shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in listings; losses or damages arising from transactions between Advertisers and Users; unauthorized access to or alteration of content; Platform interruptions, bugs, errors, or service disruptions; or loss of data or listings.

Any transaction or agreement, final or otherwise, is solely between the buyer or lessee and seller or lessor. Revolution Address is not a party to any such transaction. Warranties provided by any party in connection with property transactions shall remain the sole responsibility of that party and shall not bind Revolution Address in any way. The foregoing limitations shall apply even if Revolution Address has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Advertisers and Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revolution Address, its owners, operators, affiliates, and personnel from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to use or misuse of the Platform; violation of these Terms; violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights; content submitted to the Platform; unauthorized use or submission of photographs, property information, or other materials; any representation, warranty, or agreement made by Advertiser; or property transactions or disputes with third parties. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

These Terms are effective upon the Advertiser's submission of a listing and shall remain in effect until terminated. Revolution Address reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or cancel any listing or restrict access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations, submission of false, misleading, or inappropriate content, failure to pay applicable fees, or at Revolution Address's sole discretion.

Advertisers may request removal of their listings by contacting Revolution Address via email. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to the Advertiser under these Terms will immediately cease. Termination shall not affect Revolution Address's right to collect or withhold any amounts owed, or to seek damages for any breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

Revolution Address reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties through good faith negotiations. If amicable resolution is not achieved within thirty days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

No failure or delay by Revolution Address in exercising any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Revolution Address. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Revolution Address and any Advertiser or User.

Advertisers and Users may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Revolution Address. Revolution Address may freely assign these Terms. Revolution Address shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, internet service provider failures, or governmental actions. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
