To submit a listing, agents and brokers need to complete the appropriate submission form available on the Revolution Address platform. We have two types of forms depending on your listing needs:
Sell and Rent Form – Use this form for properties available for sale or rent.
Requirement Form – Use this form for client requirements, such as "want to buy" or "want to lease" requests.
All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Please ensure you complete these fields to avoid submission errors. Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed by the Revolution Address team for approval.
2. Who manages my listing after submission?
All listings are managed by the Revolution Address team. After you submit a listing, a team member will review it for compliance with our platform guidelines and accuracy of information. The review process typically takes approximately one hour during business hours.
If your listing is approved, it will go live on the platform immediately. If there are any issues with your submission, you will receive an email detailing the reason for rejection or requesting specific revisions. Any requested revisions or updates must be submitted through the platform via email, as agents and brokers cannot edit listings directly.
3. What type of properties can I submit?
Revolution Address primarily focuses on secondary market properties, meaning properties that are ready for occupancy or already occupied. You may submit authorized listings for residential properties such as houses, condominiums, townhouses, and apartments, or commercial properties such as office spaces, retail spaces, and warehouses.
Please note that pre-selling properties and real estate developments are not permitted on the platform at this time. All submitted properties must be ready for immediate sale or lease.
4. How long will my listing stay on the platform?
Each listing remains active on the platform for thirty (30) days from the date of approval. After this period, the listing will automatically expire and be archived. You will receive an automated email notification five (5) days before your listing expires, giving you time to decide whether to renew it.
If you wish to keep your listing active beyond the thirty-day period, you may renew it for an additional thirty days. Renewal instructions and applicable fees will be provided in the expiration reminder email.
5. Can I update or remove my listing after submission?
Yes, you can request updates or removal of your listing at any time. However, agents and brokers cannot make changes directly through the platform. All updates, modifications, or removal requests must be submitted via email to the Revolution Address team.
To request changes, simply send an email with your listing details and the specific changes you would like to make. Our team will review your request and implement the updates on your behalf. We aim to process all update requests promptly to ensure your listings remain current and accurate.
6. How do you ensure data accuracy and authenticity?
Every listing submitted to Revolution Address undergoes a review process by our team before it goes live on the platform. During this review, we verify that the information provided is complete, accurate, and compliant with our platform guidelines and applicable laws.
While we conduct this review to maintain quality standards, please note that Revolution Address does not independently verify property ownership, agent credentials, or the underlying accuracy of property details. Agents and brokers are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization to list properties and that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. This review process helps ensure that all listings meet our basic standards and are reliable for buyers, tenants, and other agents.
7. Is my information safe?
Yes, the security and privacy of your information is important to us. All information submitted to Revolution Address is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable Philippine data protection regulations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
However, please be aware that by submitting a listing, your contact information and property details will be publicly displayed on the platform for potential buyers and lessees to view. 8. Are there fees for submitting a listing?
During the first month of platform operation, all agents and brokers may post listings free of charge as part of our promotional period. After a listing's initial thirty-day active period expires, a renewal fee of Seventy-Nine Pesos (₱79.00) will apply if you wish to extend the listing for an additional thirty days.
Each submission counts as one listing, regardless of type (For Sale, For Rent, Want to Buy, or Want to Lease). Payment instructions will be provided when you choose to renew your listing. Please note that fees and promotional offers are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated through the platform.
9. Can buyers or tenants contact me directly through the platform?
Yes, Revolution Address displays your contact information publicly on each listing, allowing potential buyers, lessees, or clients to reach out to you directly. The platform serves as a bulletin board to connect you with interested parties without intermediaries.
All inquiries, negotiations, and communications regarding properties are conducted directly between you and the interested party. Revolution Address does not facilitate, mediate, or participate in any transactions, communications, or agreements between agents and their clients. This ensures you maintain full control over your client relationships and business transactions.
